Once payment is accepted, your order is confirmed.
- How does delivery work?
- Within Almaty, delivery is handled by a Yandex courier, or you can come pick it up yourself at our showroom.
To other cities, delivery is handled by Kazpost, with a delivery time of 5–7 business days.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
- Yes, if you have an electronic receipt, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and its condition is preserved.
